标准多导睡眠监测的技术规范和应用范围

多导睡眠监测是睡眠医学的基础评价技术，也是诊断睡眠呼吸疾患的金标准。标准多导睡眠监测可记录睡眠期间的多个生理信号，包括脑电图、眼动电图、肌电图（下颌和下肢）、心电图、呼吸气流、胸腹呼吸运动、体位、血氧饱和度等。我国尚无多导睡眠监测技术规范。本文拟简要介绍标准多导睡眠监测的发展，并根据美国睡眠医学会相应的指南与规范，概述标准多导睡眠监测的技术规范和应用范围。

Polysomnography(PSG) is the basic technique for sleep evaluation and the gold standard for diagnosing sleep related breathing disorders. The technique of Polysomnography is to record multiple parameters during sleep, including electroencephalography(EEG), electrooculography(EOG), Chinelectromyography(EMG), leg electromyography(EMG), electrocardiography(ECG), airflow signals, respiratory effort movements, body position and oxygen saturation. However, there is no published technical criterion in China. This article introduced the development of sleep technology, as well as the technical specifications and indications according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine recommendations and practice parameters.
