| 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是一种多病因的疾病，其中上呼吸道解剖异常参与了大多数OSAHS 患者的发病；针对该因素，上呼吸道外科手术成为OSAHS 的重要治疗方式之一。本文从上呼吸道外科手术治疗OSAHS 的机制，上呼吸道外科手术治疗OSAHS 的价值，手术治疗OSAHS 的适应症选择3 个方面对其进行了论述；其中，病因的个体化评估和手术适应症的选择对疗效有至关重要的影响。 |

| Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS) is a kind of disease with multiple causes. Anatomical
abnormalityof the upper airway was seemed as the main cause in most of the patients with OSAHS. Surgery of upper airway has
become one important treatment method for OSAHS. This article has given a review from three aspects such as the mechanism,
value, and indications of the surgery. Individual evaluation and surgery indication selection will have important influences on the
effect. |
