| 在国际上，经过30 多年的发展，以睡眠疾病诊疗为主的一门新兴边缘交叉学科——睡眠医学已经形成并逐渐发展壮大。本文重点从国际睡眠医学发展特点、国内睡眠医学发展、睡眠呼吸医学发展及人才培养等几个方面进行了全面的论述。其中，对睡眠呼吸障碍的认识是催生睡眠医学这一新兴边缘交叉学科的学术引擎，而提高睡眠呼吸障碍的诊疗和研究水平将是促进学科建设的持久驱动力。 |

| Based on diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders, sleep medicine has been established and increasingly
grown after 30 years’ development. This article mainly focused on development feature of international sleep medicine,
development of sleep medicine in China, development of sleep-breathing medicine and personnel training. The recognition of
sleep-breathing disorder has been the scientific engine of sleep medicine. Increasing the diagnosis and treatment standard of
sleep-breathing disorder will be the permanent driving force for promoting the subject construction. |
